1. Professional Conduct
- Providers must act professionally and respectfully at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
- Providers must present transparent and accurate information regarding their services.
- Violations may result in enforcement actions in accordance with the Terms of Agreement (TOA).
2. Home Entry & Property Access
- Pet owners are responsible for providing accurate home access instructions (e.g., key, access code, alarm details).
- Providers must enter the property alone. No guests are permitted.
Bringing guests may result in liquidated damages of up to $X, payable to Zoofilist, in addition to any actual losses incurred by the pet owner.
- Parties or events are strictly prohibited during service.
Hosting parties or events may result in liquidated damages of up to $X, payable to Zoofilist, in addition to any actual losses incurred by the pet owner.
- If access issues arise, providers must contact support. A service fee of up to $10 may apply.
- Providers must follow data minimization practices, including deleting access codes after service completion.
- Entry-related activities require proper consent.
- Zoofilist is not liable for entry-related breaches if guidelines are properly followed.
3. Youth Participation
Parental opt-in is required for any minor participation in services or platform activities.
4. Pet Photos & Content Usage
- Providers must not share or post pet photos without the pet owner’s explicit consent.
- If a provider posts photos without consent, Zoofilist bears no responsibility. PSPs are solely responsible for obtaining permission from the pet owner.
- Violations may lead to account suspension or termination.
- PSPs may use anonymized pet photos on in-app profiles to build trust, with owner consent and opt-out options. Owners understand and consent unless they opt out.
5. Legal & Privacy Compliance
- Explicit consent is required for geolocation, sensitive data, and pet photos (via in-app checkbox).
- Data minimization practices must comply with CCPA and TDPSA requirements.
- ADMT and TDPSA assessments will be conducted as required by law.
- Annual privacy and security audits are recommended.
- Providers are encouraged to maintain appropriate cyber insurance coverage.
