Pet Photos: Shared only with owner consent (via in-app checkbox for online posting by PSPs). PSPs may use anonymized pet photos on in-app profiles to build trust, with owner consent and opt-out options. Owners understand and consent unless they opt out.

Information Sharing

• With Pet Service Providers (PSPs) and owners for booking purposes
• With vendors (Data Processing Agreements limit use; no selling or renting of data)

We are not liable for vendor breaches where DPAs are in place and reasonable oversight is maintained.

Data Security & Retention

We use secure methods and data minimization practices (e.g., deleting home access details post-service). While complete security cannot be guaranteed, we implement reasonable safeguards including encryption and audits. We are not liable for breaches beyond negligence.
